We ship with both Australia Post and Sendle and offer regular flat rate postage.
Flat rate shipping $9.95 for orders under $150 within Australia.
Free shipping for orders over $150 within Australia
Free shipping for small items I.e snappies is via standard untracked letter post. Choice of this option is at your own risk.
Postage is available to New Zealand on selected brands. Please contact us for a shipping quote and to find out if we are able to ship what you are after.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage by Australia Post or Sendle and their partners however we will do everything we can to help you locate the item.
All in stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If an item you have ordered is not in stock or is a preorder, we will contact you. You will have the option to cancel the item, substitute the item or be issued a store credit.
PICK UP available in Newcastle and free delivery to selected areas.
Returns Policy
At Mumma Loves Bubba we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage costs). We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a faulty item).
All products are advertised to the best of our knowledge, please note occasional errors may occur due to human error and being a sleep deprived mum (we do our best). If this occurs we will do our best to work with you to solve any errors that have been made and done, including refunds if a product is not as it should.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges are permitted for change of mind or discontinued or sale items.
All goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranties and each have differing guidelines. Please contact us to find out the relevant warranty and we will assist you with repair or replacement of the goods.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Layby Policy
Layby is available for purchases over $20. Check out with the Bank Deposit payment.
A 20% deposit is required to secure layby items (10% non refundable) within 5 days of purchase. The balance is to be fully paid by 8 weeks otherwise order will be cancelled and money paid refunded minus 10% holding fee. We can be flexible on this arrangement with open communication.
